Refund policy

Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are non-returnable:

  • Clean foods and edible items
  • Opened, used, or tampered items
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or seals


Eligible Return Conditions
A return or replacement request will be accepted only if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item)
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact


How to Report a Return or Refund Request
If you meet the above eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@avnitamom.com within 48 hours of receiving the order
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging (inner and outer)
    • Any visible damage or defect
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with the resolution.


Replacement & Refund Process
If your return is approved:

  • Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement of the same product within 5–7 working days, free of charge.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available or feasible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Order Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is approved due to a mistake on our part (damaged/defective/wrong item), Avnita will bear the return shipping charges. If a customer ships the item without approval, Avnita will not be responsible for reimbursement.
